New Living Home KG Residenz Hotel, (54 chambres) description: The restaurant "Mendelssohn's" constitutes the centrepiece of the hotel, along with the 200-seater theatre "ATRIUM".
Each year up to 400 concerts, theatre productions, presentations, discussion forums and other events take place here.
In addition, the hotel features a music room with fireplace, a library, a cosy bar and club rooms. Our range of amenities is completed by a generous fitness area including swimming pool and sauna.
Located in proximity to Hamburg's renowned Hagenbeck Zoo and the studios of the NDR television station, you find a new concept in living comfort: "NewLivingHome".

In order to meet your needs and taste as far as possible, we offer 23 different types of apartment. Ranging from 30 to 76m² in size, the apartments are fitted with parquet flooring, a functional fitted kitchen and a spacious bathroom which includes a shower suitable for the mobility impaired.

A high standard of living comfort is complemented by refined gastronomy. In our restaurant "Mendelsohn's" you can enjoy excellent cuisine which is based upon modern nutritional principles. Our head chef Patrick Heindel attaches great importance to the use of fresh ingredients and careful preparation. The restaurant is open daily from 07:00 to 22:30.
INFORMATIONS SUR LES ENVIRONS
The hotel is located in the Northwest of Hamburg, close to Hagenbeck Zoo and the NDR studios. The culturally colourful districts of Eimsbüttel and Eppendort are easily accessible from here. A variety of shops can also be reached from the hotel with ease.
The underground station "Hagenbecks Tierpark" (on the U2 line) can be found right next to the hotel, enabling you to reach the exhibition grounds in just 10 minutes, the Jungfernstieg in 13 minutes and the main railway station in 15 minutes. Right in front of the hotel you find a stop for the buses 22 (Kellinghusenstraße/Blankenese), 39 (Wandsbek Markt/Teufelsbrück), 181 (Sternschanze/Eidelstedter Platz), 281 (Lattenkamp/Krupunder) and 391 (Niendorf Markt).
The nearby road "Kieler Straße" allows you to reach the city centre and the motorway exit "Stellingen", which grants easy access to the A7 motorway towards Kiel/the Baltic coast or to Hanover. The A23 motorway towards Heide/the North Sea can also be accessed via this exit, as can the A1 motorway towards Bremen.
The bus number 39 provides a direct link to Fuhlsbüttel Airport.
INFORMATIONS SUR LE VOYAGE
Arriving by car:
Take the A7 motorway and exit at Stellingen, travelling in the direction of the city centre. At the first junction head towards Hagenbeck Zoo. After approx. 1.5 km turn left into Hugh-Greene-Weg (NDR entrance).
Arriving by rail:
From the main railway station take the underground line U2 towards Niendorf and get out at the station "Hagenbecks Tierpark".
Arriving by plane:
Take bus number 39 towards Teufelsbrück and get out at the stop "Hagenbecks Tierpark".
